MioSync is a personal health companion that helps you log nutrition, hydration and medications, check packaged foods against a deterministic food-safety rule engine, and get optional AI-generated estimates and summaries. It is intended for general wellness and informational purposes only.

MioSync is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns. Do not rely on the app in emergencies — contact local emergency services.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use MioSync. This reflects India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, under which anyone under 18 is a child and processing their data requires verifiable parental consent.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You agree to provide accurate information.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
• Use the app for unlawful purposes.
• Interfere with other users' use of the service.

You retain ownership of the data you log. You grant MioSync a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service to you.

AI-generated suggestions are best-effort, may be inaccurate, and should be treated as informational only — not as professional advice.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms will be presented at purchase. Refunds follow the policy of the platform you purchased through.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a harmful way.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MioSync shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
