• You must be at least 13 years old to use Mio Sync.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You agree to provide accurate information.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
• Use the app for unlawful purposes.
• Interfere with other users' use of the service.

You retain ownership of the data you log. You grant Mio Sync a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service to you.

AI-generated suggestions are best-effort, may be inaccurate, and should be treated as informational only — not as professional advice.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms will be presented at purchase. Refunds follow the policy of the platform you purchased through.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a harmful way.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mio Sync shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
