Four honest states
AVOID for a declared allergen match including may-contain, CAUTION for a condition rule, OK for clean complete data, and UNVERIFIED when data is missing, partial or over 18 months old.
Zero false positives
Nothing is flagged unless your profile declares the matching allergen or condition. Profile-matched flags are visually separated from general wellness flags.
Never a score, never a claim
Every ingredient is graded high/moderate/low with rationale and a source citation — no letter grades, no /100, no Nutri-Score, and always “not medical advice”.
